Hullo again friends. In my previous post I detailed how I had lost weight after undergoing a bi-lateral knee replacement. Today I want to share with you what I discovered about the importance that both exercise and a health diet play in our health. After I achieved my goal of losing 23 kg; I knew that I had done something right, so I began to research the ‘science’ of weight loss and the good health outcomes that I had achieved and you can to. When our weight is ‘right’ then we are much less likely to succumb to diseases such as type 2diabetes, heart disease and even so called inevitable ‘ageing’ afflictions such as dementia.
